Jessica grew up around tattooing, and her admiration for the craft never faded. Tracing out of tattoo magazines at the age of 5 is how her initial fascination began. Living a life dedicated to creating art not only for herself, but being of service by creating art for people to carry with them was always the hopeful dream. She believes the combination of artistry in multiple mediums, mindfully connecting with clients, staying curious on how to keep learning, and the respect for the craft itself are what make tattooing a gift and lifelong love.

After earning her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and studying studio art in college, Jessica built a portfolio and began her tattoo journey, never looking back. She has been tattooing since 2016. Traveling and doing guest spots is something Jessica enjoys, seeing it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and build relationships with her peers. The shared experience and intention between artist and client is tremendously important to Jessica. Having a trauma informed background, her approach hopes to ensure clients feel a sense of safety, empowerment, trust, and to feel part of the creative process. Aiming to be well rounded and genuinely enjoying multiple styles of tattooing, she has a personal passion for styles and subject matter that include: large scale black and grey and blackwork compositions, ornamental focused work, sacred geometry, neo traditional with bold colors, illustrative, the occult, botanical, Norse mythology, mastectomy work, and nature inspired work. Her focus is to create tattoos for people that will stand the test of time.

At this time, Jessica is appointment only, typically booking 3-5months in advance, with a 5 month cut off for booking. She does rotations of flash drops of personal designs and concepts, and submissions for custom work. Details are shared on her IG @jessicacrottytattoo in regards to when books are open to new projects. Clients can reach out to her directly via email at Jessicacrottytattoo@gmail.com for any questions about the booking process.
